Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
Activities:
When you arrive at the Tan Son Nhat International airport you’ll be met at the baggage claim by our friendly guide to start tour in 5 days. Just look for the sign with our Viet Heritage Travel logo and your name. We’ll get you to your hotel and see that you’re comfortable, plus we’ll give you an introduction to Ho Chi Minh city at the same time. Then the rest of the day is yours to settle in, relax, and explore the area.
Saigon is a city that never sleeps and offers a plethora of great restaurants and bars catering to all tastes, from street food vendors to the rooftop bar at the Rex Hotel, where international correspondents covered the Vietnam War and where the U.S. military attaché’s press briefing was held daily and dubbed the “Five O’clock Follies”. Whatever your interests, be sure to ask your guide for personal recommendations.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels Tour
Activities:
We’ll pick you up in the morning and take you to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a major part of the Vietnam-American War and a fascinating day trip– explore the mysterious tunnels, find hidden doors and once-deadly traps. After lunch we’ll go back to HCMC and spend the afternoon either visiting the War Remnants Museum or the Presidential Palace, whichever you prefer. Then stroll around the city’s colonial streets in the evening to the Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street, Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall.

Day 3: Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Ben Tre – Can Tho
Activities:
Breakfast at your hotel. The guide pick you up and transfer you to Ben Tre which is one of the most interesting destination in Mekong delta. Pick up at Phong Nam Pier (Phong Nam old ferry station). Take the boat on along the River – one of tributaries of Mekong River, Sight-seeing lively activities along river as fishing, water transferring …..Stop at brickwork – coconut charcoal making and coconut husking. Then visit one of the plenty of coconut processing workshops where coconut candies are made and have a chance to learn the coconut candies making process located along canal . Turn on natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller to go to village. Take a walk to family making sleep mats. Afterward, being on a cart powered by a motorbike or biking and traveling through some tranquil villages where vegetables gardens to be able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, take biking around the village, rowing-boat along water palm creek and boat to Hung Vuong Pier. Then take a car to Can Tho. Arrive in Can Tho, check in hotel and free time

Day 4: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City
Activities:
Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river ( Bassac River), then proceed to visit Cai Răng floating market which are the liveliest in the whole religion. Have you ever tasted Vietnamese vermicelli soup? Well, now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and meet the friendly local people and experience how to cross a “Monkey bridge” which is built by only one stem of bamboo. Visit the orchard garden. Stop for lunch. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, check in hotel and free time.
